There has been a few changes in the original program of February 12, 2005. We had planned to start the event at the University System of MD but now it will be starting at the Martin Luther King Jr. Center. The Keynote speaker was changed, instead he is planning to speak at our February 26, 2005 Program. Dr. James Momoh is still planning to be present at the February 12, 2005 event.
