Patricia Holland’s Testimony of the 3-Day EMS &Oxygen Therapy Cleanse

Maryland

Hello

I have done a number of cleanses, including 3 and 10-day cleanses. I completed Dr. E-Man's 3-day cleanse with relative ease. I think it was the herbal combination that was instrumental to me the most. It most differently curbed my appetite, I seem to be very full just eating raw and juice for 3-days. I did not feel I needed to over eat.

What was very surprising to me was that I did not have any sugar and carb cravings. In taking the herbal combination I did not take any of my regular herbs and vitamins like I normally do. I can say it really helped me, I felt good, energetic and I felt I had what I needed carry on with life. Yet I did not take in the amount of food that I normally do on a regular basis. That was very surprising to me because in the past I have tried to do a 3-day no sugar diet and I struggled so hard with just fighting myself with not doing the sugar. I say again it might have been the herbal combination. I found that this time I did not have to struggle with myself in eating. I was full, satisfied and I was able to carry on with no head-aches and no ill effects.

Dr. E-Man attributes that to the body’s cells crying out for the correct balance in nutrients, minerals and vitamins being supplied to the cells to keep one’s body thinking and knowing it is full and needs no more food. He says the reason why one is hungry all the times is because the cells are not being fed the correct amount of nutrients, minerals and vitamins. Once the body is fed these things then it tells the brain and stomach that it no longer needs any more food at this time.

During that 3-day period I experienced a level of satiety that I loved. I felt well-nourished and did not struggle with hunger.  I ate only raw foods and smoothies during the cleanse. I felt so satisfied nutritionally and did not struggle with my sugar addiction over that period. I highly recommend the three-day cleanse as a jump start to detoxifying from unhealthy eating habits and a sugar addiction.
