You may also send a check or money order drawn on a US bank in US dollars (Canadians may use a Canadian postal money order in US dollars).

U.S.A. Mailing ORDERS: Add $15.00 to subtotal when ordering a single item to cover mailing cost. West Coast residents: add $20.00. (In Canada, add $20.00). When ordering multiple items, add $2.00 to base cost for each additional item or please call to verify postage and handling charge.
